Terms and Conditions

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you will have 15 days from the time you received your order to return it. But please make sure to contact us by email before returning your order. Please read the following conditions that applies to certain item were no returns will be accepted, and sale will be considered as Final Sale.

  • No returns will be accepted without a return number (RMA).
  • Once your submission is processed, you will be contacted by our Warranty and Returns Centre.
  • Please do not ship your item back without a valid RMA number.
  • Refunds and exchanges will only be issued within 15 days of the original purchase with receipt/invoice. Products will have to be unused and in their original package unopened. packaging
  • No Cancelation or Exchange on the Firearms are allowed, Sale is Final.
  • 10% restocking fee will be applied to all items returned not due to our error.
  • Non-Fired Firearms proven to be defective from the manufacturer and returned within 30 days with receipt/ invoice and all original packaging will be repaired or exchanged at no cost in-store.
  • For any warranty for on firearms that falls under warranty, all warranty will be dealt directly with manufacturer warranty center or Canadian distribution center.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Deposits/Financing items are non-refundable but can be transferred into store credit. Special order items are non-refundable and may be subject to currency fluctuation. (Except Pre-Order Item)

Refunds or store credit

  • Once your RMA request is received and inspected, an email will be sent to you acknowledging receipt of your returned item. Consequently, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Therefore, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sales items (if applicable)

  • Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and are Final Sale.

Sports Action, Visa or Mastercard Gift Card

  • Your gift cards can be used for direct purchases of any item on the website, but they cannot be combined with any other sale discounts or price match offers.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again; There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

In-store pick-up

This convenient shipping option allows you to place an order, and our warehouse will prepare your order and reserve the products for you. “Ready For Pick Up” notice will be generated after the order is prepared. Following conditions will apply:

  1. Holding Period: We will hold your items for a period of 30 days starting from the date of this notification. If your order remains unclaimed after this timeframe, we will automatically issue a reimbursement in the form of store credit.
  2. Restocking Fee And Refund Method: If you choose to cancel, modify or your order after the order is ready for pick up, 2 option will be made available to you.
  • Option 1 if you choose to have the reimbursement credited back to your original payment method instead of store credit you will be charge a small restocking fee of 10%. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing returns and maintaining the quality of our products. If you opt for

Insurance Claims

  • If you have experienced a loss and have an insurance claim, we can provide you and your insurance company with a written estimate to assist you in obtaining a fair settlement to your claim. And We will try to complete any insurance claim estimate within a reasonable time frame of a week.

Pre-Order

  • Sports Action pre-orders allow us to allocate products of new or high demand products. Some delay can occur as we can encounter some delay between ordering and delivery as we rely on supplier-provided delivery dates.
  • Orders will be filled in the order that they are received. Orders can be canceled at any time with a full refund if the product hasn’t been received in stock yet.
  • If unavoidable changes in price, delivery date, or quantity available occur we will contact you immediately.

CONSIGNED ITEMS

  • Sold as Is: All consigned item listed on the website are sold “as-is,” with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, by Sports Action.
  • Responsibility: Sports Action assumes no responsibility for any defects, damages, or issues related to the consigned item once the sale is completed. All sales are final.
  • Inspection by Buyer: The Buyer acknowledges that they have inspected the consigned item(s) and are satisfied with the condition and functionality of the item at the time of purchase.
  • Liability: The Buyer agrees to release Sports Action from any liability for any claims, damages, or losses that may arise after the purchase of the consigned item.

Email Transfer Payment Method

If you choose the Email Payment Method for the order, the inventory will not be reserved until the payment went through, and there is a risk for popular items run out of stock due to the email transfer payment system delay.

Best Price Guarantee

If you find a lower advertised price at a Canadian competitor’s website with the same item in-stock, Sports Action will honor such ad prices on identical merchandise (brand and model) at the time of sale or within 7 days of purchase. Price Match purchase could NOT be paid by discounted gift card purchased from the promotion.  We reserve the right to modify the terms of our price match guarantee from time to time.

 All prices on this website are subject to change without notice. Furthermore, because we try to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our website may be mispriced. In the event that or if a product ends up being listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Sports Action shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
